Beyond the reserved categories, IGNOU scholarships are also awarded to Jail Inmates and Economically Weaker students, weaver community students and transgender in the form of tuition fee While thousands of students apply for the IGNOU scholarship, every year, the selection is on first-come-first-serve basis.</p>
