Yes, there are many scholarships available. Many are provided by MIT, in both cases need-based and merit-based. In fact, 58% of all UG students there at MIT for Management are on scholarship.

For pursuing Management degree at MIT, a student can avail scholarships/loans from external organisations too. Here is the table sharing details of scholarships and loans availble externally:
