Are there any scholarships awarded by Allahabad University?

Candidates are shortlisted based on the marks scored in the NET exam (Science stream).&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Rajiv Gandhi Scholarship:&nbsp;</strong>Offered by the UGC, this scholarship is offered to applicants, who belong to SC/ ST category.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>D.Phil.:</strong>&nbsp;Allahabad University offers this scholarship to all students with an amount of INR 5,000.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>ICHR:&nbsp;</strong>ICHR offers this scholarship to students with an amount of INR 5,000 and INR 12,000 (contingency).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li><strong>ICSSR:</strong>&nbsp;It is granted by the ICSSR to the selected students.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li><strong>ICPR:&nbsp;</strong>This scholarship is awarded by the ICPR.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Nuclear Science:&nbsp;</strong>The scholarship is offered by the Nuclear Science Department.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Jawahar Bhawan Trust Scholarship:&nbsp;</strong>This scholarship is offered to students who are pursuing MA, MSc or MCom. The scholarship amount is INR 1,000.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Dr Gorakh Prasad Memorial Scholarship:&nbsp;</strong>This scholarship offers INR 3,000 and is meant for students who are pursuing MA or MSc courses.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Merit-Cum-Means Scholarships:</strong>&nbsp;Under this scholarship, the students are granted INR 5,000 to help with their finances.</li></ul><p>In addition, Allahabad University offers scholarships to students who belong to SC, ST and OBC categories through Samaj Kalyan Vibhag.</p>
