Are there any scholarships offered to the students of BTech at IIIT Hyderabad?

<p>To sort out the fee issues and unburden the students, the institute provides financial assistance at the campus in place of scholarships. Details around this financial assistance are as follows:</p><ol start="1" type="1"><li>State Bank of India (IIIT branch) guarantees an SBI Scholar student loan to a student who secures admission at IIITH of up to 20 Lacs (without the need for any security). This can be availed even if the applicant&rsquo;s family has other existing loans.</li><li>The alumni of IIIT Hyderabad have set up a fund to support successfully admitted students based on need. The assistance is provided on a pay-it-forward* basis. In a Pay-it-forward scheme, students agree to pay the tuition fees of another student, after they successfully and start earning. The fund provides the below support</li></ol><ul type="disc"><li>Financial support to students whose family income is below 8 LPA from the second semester, subject to availability and meeting the pre-defined criteria</li><li>Students above the income threshold can also apply and may be granted tuition support if their case is found worthy by the committee</li></ul>
