Are there any scholarships or grants offered to B.Com students at Shyam Lal College?

<p>Shyam Lal College offers awards and scholarships to meritorious students who display exemplary brilliance in academics. BCom and BCom (Hons) programmes students can avail National scholarships, State Government scholarships, Institutional scholarships and, various other scholarships in the form of financial assistance such as Merit Scholarships for SC/ ST/ OBC/ minority students, Central Sector Scheme of Scholarships for College and University students, Post-Matric Scholarships for the welfare of SC/ OBC students, etc.</p><p>Apart from this, some awards such as Shri. Sunder Lal Rohatgi &amp; Smt. Roopwati Rohatgi Memorial Award, Rathore Tax Excellence Award and, Shri Jagdish Prasad Jain Memorial Award are also given to the meritorious students.</p><p>The College has a fee concession committee that meets early in the academic session to discuss and make sure that all students under the SC/ ST/ OBC category, meritorious and deserving students belonging to economically weaker sections are provided with the best of all support services. The Committee decides to offer financial aid and book concessions to needy students.</p>
