There is no reservation policy at Chandigarh University for merit-based or reserved categories. However, there are scholarship criteria based on 12th-grade merit. Students scoring above 90% can receive a 50% scholarship. Additionally, they have the opportunity to take the CUCET exam, and if they score above 90%, they become eligible for a 100% scholarship. For reserved categories like SC and ST, their tuition fees for the entire course are only 2000 rupees, which is refundable at the course's end.

Yes, it is possible to give the improvement examination of one subject in 2024 after the CBSE result is out. As per CBSE rules it allows students those who have passed the class 12th examination to take improvement exam for one or more subjects in the next year.
