Yes, IIIT Surat follows seat reservation for SC, ST, OBC, EWS and PwD candidates as per the rules of the Government of India. Tabulated below is the bifurcation of the seats at IIIT Surat:

There are seat reserved for OBC, SC, ST, and PwD candidates. But keep in mind, there's no fee waiver or concession for reservered candidates like any other NITs and IITs. But you can scholarships depends on your home state which provides scholarship.
