    Yes, there are seat reservations at Panjab University. The university reserves seats for students from Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), Other Backward Classes (OBCs), and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates. The percentage of seats reserved for each category is as follows:
    SC: 22.5%
    ST: 7.5%
    OBC: 27%
    PH: 3%
    The university also reserves seats for children of freedom fighters and for Kashmir migrants. The percentage of seats reserved for each category is as follows:
    Children of freedom fighters: 2%
    Kashmir migrants: 1%
    The seat reservation policy is applicable to all undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by Panjab Univ
