    Yes, there are seat reservations for various categories SC, ST, PWD, OBC, Kashmir Migrant and other sub groups that have seats reserved according to the reservation policies. For specific courses the seats reserved are mentioned on the college website where you can check the same. There are seats for students with sports quota as well, all of this is mentioned on the website. It is best to contact the college directly or check their website for any information on seat reservations or admission procedures.

    Yes, Shyam Lal College, University of Delhi follows the reservation policy set by the Government of India for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The reservation policy provides for the following categories:
    1. Scheduled Castes (SC): 15% of the total seats are reserved for students belonging to the SC category.
    2. Scheduled Tribes (ST): 7.5% of the total seats are reserved for students belonging to the ST category.
    3. Other Backward Classes (OBC): 27% of the total seats are reserved for students belonging to the OBC category.

First of all consider what you want to do in the future, what I mean is what do you want to persue.

Because both the colleges are really average and GB university is a B grade school. If you want to pursue CA or something like that, then you can choose either one of them but shyam lal university will be cost effective.
