Hi Shubham,
Yes, you can get admission at Sinhgad Institute - Lonavla. You can get your seat through DTE CAP round to get all the benefits. But no government benefits are gained for direct admission. Visit DTE official site for more information.

There are a specific number of seats reserved for different types of caste quota i.e OBC, SC, V, SCB, etc. The scholarships are not provided by institutes but are provided by the central government and state government on the official website of DTE in the month of August or September.
