These special seats do not reduce the regular seat count — they are over and above the standard intake shown in the official seat matrix during NIPER JEE counselling.

Besides regular seats listed for MS Pharma at NIPER Ahmedabad, there are supernumerary seats reserved over and above the sanctioned intake, including for Government-sponsored candidates, Foreign Nationals/OCI/PIO categories, and PwBD candidates, which are added to the regular seat matrix.
