Are there any top business schools abroad for MBA freshers without GMAT and work experience?

Hi Nancharla,
Top business schools like Harvard, UCLA etc may accept freshers (without work experience), if the applicant is extraordinarily bright. But, you won't find any recognized B-School without GMAT. If there is no GMAT requirement, it is not a top business school and neither accredited internationally.
