Are there any Universities that gives Online/ Distance Education MBA certificates and transcripts exactly as given to regular MBA students?

I want to pursue my MBA through Online/ Distance education with an university that provides the certificate and all the transcripts exactly as it is given to their regular MBA student, i.e., university should validate the course taken as a regular program.(No mention of online/ distance education)
