Yes, GIBS has a proper orientation programme for new students, and it really helps in settling in. When we join, they introduce us to the campus, faculty, rules, and how everything works. There are sessions on academics, placements, skill building, and even fun activities to break the ice and make friends. Seniors and faculty interact with us, so we don't feel lost. Overall, it makes the transition smooth and helps new students feel comfortable and confident from day one.
