are thiscolleges government collegws or private.

these colleges having so much fees so i cant understand about it. if these are the private colleges then iwould like to know about the government colleges .

Agreed. Besides, you may get admission under govt / free seat in a private college and will pay much lower fees than a paid seat student in the same college. Check it yourself int he concerned college.
