No. If you can do self study for 2-3 hours daily then tution is not required at all.

It is left to you.If you are understanding in class room teaching,no need of tution.If you not understanding you need tution.For that approch your seniors.

Dear student, There is no uniform standard for requirement of private tuition . It varies from individual to individual. If you think it required you are to take assistance of tuition. No matter if it is first or any other semester. Best wishes.......
