Are universities for distance learning taking online exams that are not valid by UGC terms?

Hello Vaibhav,
Online distance learning will only provide you with study materials, else you need to go to the college for appearing in the examination no online examination is taken.

All distance learning bodies are offering online examinations only. But as per DEB approval, 9 point. It shows no online programme.
