Are we are free to choose the campus of our choice after passing the entrance exam of NIFT?

Yes,
You are free to choose the campus you want with the available options with your rank. Counselling session happens rank wise. And as the rank goes lower and lower, seats get filled up and when your turn comes up, at that point, whichever campus are left as option, you'll have to choose out of them. So basically the better the rank, the more the options.
