I'm from West Bengal Board (vocational stream) and have Mathematics in class 12th with 65% marks. am I eligible for IP University BCA entrance exam?

The university offers various courses in the area of engineering, law, management, computer application. Before filling IPU CET 2019 Application Form, candidates can full fill the given eligibility. The eligibility criteria are mentioned here:
Nationality:
Only Indian/Overseas Citizens of India/ Nepal citizen's candidates can apply.
Age Criteria:
UG Courses: For all UG Courses, candidate age limit should be 21 years as on 1st August 2019.
PG Courses: For all other PG Courses, candidate's age should be 35 years as on 1st August 2019.
