Students are encouraged to take part in various B-School competitions which not only give them an extra edge but also help them in making Business plans. Students are part of various committees such as Sports, Culture, Hostel, Mess, placement, etc. Where they work with college and ensure everything is running smoothly for their fellow batch mates. RIIM placement record is also good for the last many years. The average package for RIIM is between 6 lac to 6.5 lac and the highest placement has gone up to 14 lacs which makes their ROI far better than any other college in Pune because of their low fees of 4.95 Lacs and 6.30 Lacs.
