Hi Sunil,
Yes, you can apply for the NDA exam even if you belong to the Arts & Commerce stream but only if you are looking forward to get in the Army wing of NDA.
The eligibility for which remains:
12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a Stat

For Army wing of National Defence Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at the Naval Aca

HI,For NDA exam have requirement that your age is:-16 year to 19 years old and you have martial status(example you are married or unmarried).
Your education:-For apply (only for Army)NDA exam that you have 10+2th class pass of recognized school or college or university.
