As a class 12 student who failed 2 out of 5 subjects, can I give compartment exams?

Yes, definitely. According to the latest CBSE Guidelines, the candidate can appear for compartment papers in class 12th if the candidate has a compartment in only one or two subjects. As you have a compartment in two subjects, you are eligible for the compartment exams.
