As a foreign student can I get into Stanford University without a degree, to get a BSc?

Mostly for UG courses, Stanford Uni do not need language proficiency scores. It is not a mandatory requirement. Students can send the test scores if they want to. English is a pre-requisite for studied at Stanford University.
