as a middle class man , how can 1 pursue MS in abroad through TOEFL,GRE,SAT. what r the styfunds they can get.. what r the offer gvnt provid

i just want to know how a student from the middle class family can do MS IN abroad... whether govn is giving any scholarships, and can he get any part time jobs over there while pursuing the course.... in case if he has cleared any competitive exams , what would be the reduction in tution fees
