Tuition fees can range from $10,000 per year to $30,000 depending upon university type (private or public), university reputation and country. Living cost, insurance, books, transportation etc comes around $600-700 per month, which a student has to bear himself. Part time jobs are permitted for only 10-15 hours per week at the rate of $10-15 per hour.
