    Definitely, Africans can study in India. There are a lot of scholarship programs available for international students that they can avail and get graduated without spending a lot of funds. Nowadays there are a lot of universities that provide opportunities to international students in India. I know one such college which welcomes everyone around the globe. Its PCTE Group of Institute situated in Ludhiana, Punjab.
