As an ST category candidate, what all colleges in the South can I aim for if I just crossed the cut-off with 10-15 marks?

    If you are from a weak economic background then do not opt to go in south. There are many colleges in north with low fees, good infrastructure and education quality.

Yes, and in fact, in the JEE Main exam, the weightage of class 11 and topics is almost the same. Candidates have to study topics of both classes 11 and 12 with equal importance.
