As fresher Bsc(IT) 2011,should I look out for IT Or Non-IT Company which provides me same profile of Jr Developer.Will learning be different

I had given interview based on Jr Developer profile i.e to develop applications for Inhouse and as well as to maintain.The Company is basically a LPO(Legal outsourcing),who has their own IT department.My query is,as a student/fresher what should I look out for.
