as i am a btech graduate i have very little knowledge of mba..ppl suggest me to prefer sales and marketing..but im really confused about which field to chose..please give me some advice...

For doing an MBA you should Give Enterance exam such as CET, CAT,etc. You can opt for MBA in Marketing.
