as i am currently pursuing full time mms from mumbai university ,can i simultaneously apply for full time LLB from your college this year?

No as per the norms one can not deal simulteneously with two degrees. moreover, graduation is the basic criteria for LL.B. so you have to wait till you finish your graduation.
