as i am interested to conduct free computer and multimedia training. how to issue govt.certifications on completion of the course?need help

planning to conduct free multimedia and computer courses for poor people .after completion of the course how can i issue govt.certifications .what is the procedure ? how to take recognitions from any govt.related department?how to approve my idea .experts pl help on this. thank you

    hi Bhanu :) There are 2 options in this case one is that you take a affiliations with some university or you can contact the state government with an option of VOCATIONAL SKILLS development course which generally is supported by the state governments :)))
