As I have 6.5 band un lets but I have low percentage of 59.9% in my +2 class so is it possible that I can get my study visa in montreal?

For under graduation degree, the requirement is 55% in academic and IELTS is of 6 band only. Hence you are eligible to get admission, you can try in all the colleges or universities.
