Itz not a big deal.they mostly take your biological sciences marks into consideration.all the best -

but you have to take biology in 12th and give SAT Exam which are held every year
Biology is compulsion, and if you dont take that then there's a big problem
P.S You should know german language as the visa people will reject if u dont know basic german language -
Get yourself trained for SAT and don't worry, but prepare well and work hard. -
dropping maths is not an issue for medical . -
not at all as medical didn't requires maths.
