Itz not a big deal...they mostly take your biological sciences marks into consideration...all the best

NO! but you have to take biology in 12th and give SAT Exam which are held every year Biology is compulsion, and if you dont take that then there's a big problem P.S You should know german language as the visa people will reject if u dont know basic german language

Get yourself trained for SAT and don't worry, but prepare well and work hard.
