as my frnd is doing mba in hr from alagappa university correspondence bt now she is worried is it will get importance for job or not

as i heard nw a days there r many institutes giving correspondence option for mba bt by mumbai university so she is lil worried so pls suggest ur suggestion will be appreciated

    Taking a management degree is just a path towards gaining an Interview. Whether you succeed in the interview or not is entirely based on you rknowledge of the subject and the exposure that you may have had in the subject area. Now a days, as you mentioned there are lot of institutions who offer courses in distance learning mode and some of them are even not fully recognised. Your friend is undergoing the course from a known university, So i dont think that she might have issues with job interviews. So ask her to be fully knowledged in the subject area and i wish her all sucess
