as of now my profile is of co-ordinator....and i am totally lost as which stream i should choose in MBA, can you pls help me with this....

i was working with icici bank before as a co-ordintor before and now i m working in Kotak IT department as a co-ordinator.....and want to have a successfull professional and successfull carrier, and short of ideas to choose which stream in MBA or do something else to be successfull....so pls help me
