The NEET Examination Paper is divided into two section - section a which consists of 35 questions with no options to choose, all questions can be solved . However you get the choice to attempt only 10 questions out of 15 in section b .

On the other hand, Section B carries 15 questions, out of which, any 10 questions have to be attempted. Hence, to answer your question, no, you cannot answer all questions from Section B of NEET question paper.
