As there would be no IPU-CET this year, can I get admission in any of the IPU colleges with my JEE mains score?
I have scored 45 marks in JEE Mains (12th April morning shift).

Yes, you are right. IPU has decided to latch on the band wagon of JEE Mains and will be admitting students on this now. Hence you surely are eligible to seek admission to any engineering college under IPU with percentile score or rank that will be released by NTA shortly.
