I am a civil engineer by profession and have done MBA. My dream is to become a pilot. I am now planning to quit my job and apply for CPL in a flying school. Can you tell what all should I be aware of and prepared beforehand, i.e. entrance exams, fee structure, etc.

Education loan isn't possible for institutions. For that you will have to approach any bank. As far as despatchers training is concerned the best is Air India CTE Hyderabad. They keep coming up time to time with such courses for outside candidates. Apart from that AAI also conducts such course.
