Hi Pooja,
Coaching are the services available to be used as support systems and as per my knowledge there are no such institutes to offer free coaching in Nagpur still you may refer to the following link to know about the various coaching institutes in the country for the govt services exams:

In this world there is no free meal. But I learn that for SC/ST some voluntary organisations and institutes conduct free coaching classes for UPSC the details of which I am not sure. Necessary help is also available on the web,eg; http://www.onestopias.com/
