at present i'am in class 10th. sir i wanna ask that i can apply for automobile engineering in abroad for the year 2013 or 2014 or not?

i am in class 10th so can i have admission in foreign university for automobile engineering for year 2013 or 2014 i mean after class 10th only or i have to do 11th & 12th & then i can proceed towards my carrier? plz suggest me!

Hi you can get admission only on the basis of 12th and not 10th, so please try to score maximum percentage as well as good IELTS or TOEFL score. BEst of luck
