    For marketing, being a fresher is a plus since FMCG companies prefer freshers. However, getting consulting roles without experience is tough. If you are targeting finance, experience does not matter as much if you have certifications like CFA.

    Hi Shubham. Chances are plenty for freshers to get placed in good companies as companies generally look for good personality in the students. Also many companies prefer freshers over work experience because they want fresh perspectives. Hope this clarified your query.

    You have chances as good as any work ex guy for placement opportunities. Your knowledge and attitude are the parameters which are to be judged for placements.
