at thr time of admission..can i get 25 days to submit my clc and migration in du

i have passed 12th fr0m cbse board last year..nd took admisn in a college of bihar university..so my registration of cbse board is cancelled and i got new registration of bihar university.. and for geting new migration certificate i have to wait for atleast 15 days..
