CAE GLOBAL ACADEMY, GONDIA, MAHARASTRA is undoubtedly the best in all indian subcontinent. But just dont go for any lazers. They can cause microscopic spots or moles in eyes which will fail you in medicals. If your eyesight is weak it is COMPLETELY ok everywhere. Just wear glasses. Any problem that can be corrected is completely ok.

You may go to any nearby flying club and ask them for a student pilot licence. It is not exactly a licence, you go to the flying club and they ask you to have a look at one of the trainee airplanes, and give a small booklet, they then ask you a few questions(easy ones) and issue you a student pilot licence. A SPL(student pilot licence) is required to take pilot education. It gives you an idea of how the whole scene of avation is.

There isnt one central exam, different colleges have different admission process, what is common is first and second medical examination. People usually give the first medical and then take the education, i recommend you getting both the medicals done first so as to save lakhs of rupees if in case you fail. Small things like weak eyesight is ok if it can be corrected using glasses.

They need to clear the entrance test exam of the flying schools in India, they also need to clear the physical fitness (Which is tough one). Only totally fit person can get opportunity to get admission in flying schools. To become a pilot, aspirants need to join Air flying schools after completion of 10+2, they should pass the 10+2 exam with physic, chemistry, math. Minimum marks should be 50% for most govenment colleges in india, but there is no such requirement for colleges outside india.

Yes, you will be eligible everywhere. But companies prefer students who hold a degree, and that too preferably from regular because that way a student has a heap of social knoledge rather than going straight into job after 12th.
