Hi Akash, To be eligible for PGDM, PGDMHR or PGDMBFS, a minimum aggregate of 50% is required in your Bachelors. So you are qualified to apply for any of these programmes. With work experience of 3 years, you certainly add weightage to your profile. However, the final selection depends upon your CAT score and your performance in subsequent rounds, which comprise of academics, work experience, WAT, Extempore and PI. You can compensate for your academic performance with your good performance in other parameters.
