70% weightage is given to the nmat exam.
10 % weightage is given to academics.
5% for your work experience.
So if you perform well in the exam and clear the cutoff, then you would be called for GD/PI. Your performance on these events would decide your final chances of conversion.

The eligibility criteria for NMAT is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks. So you are eligible to apply for NMAT.
