B.E. Civil. work in state Government company ltd on diploma basis. (1Yrs complete).I have Gate Valid.so whether to continue job or go Mtech?

Its absolutely waste of time working at technician level as it will not even count as experiance. You must pursue M.Tech. to have an engineering career.

Choice is completely yours.
1. You can go for the job, gain experience and meanwhile may plan for distance M.tech program.
2. You can go for regular M.tech and take up campus placements as higher education is always advisable since it gives a cutting edge in the competitive market.
