B.E. Mech 2010 pass out. Industry or academics would be the best profession. Tell in terms of growth career wise & financial?

I am B.E. (Mechanical) 2010 pass out from Mumbai University. Is lecturership good or industry should be preferred in terms of job profile growth & finance as well???

to become Lecturer in any government college M.Tech is required. and basic pay scale of lecturer is 15600 - 39100. in hand it would be Around 45,000 Per month. for promotion and further salary Increment PhD is required in academic Field. Where as Salary of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor
