B.Ed Under University of calcutta

If a B.ed college is affiliated to University of Calcutta and is NCTE approved, does that mean it is UGC approved too?

    Yes. All NCTE approved colleges are also under UGC approaved universities. Indian state Jammu and Kashmir are outside of NCTE zone, but their B.Ed is also eligible for all gov. and pvt. sector (related jobs and exams).
