B Pharma degree makes you eligible for registration as a pharmacist in India provided the college from which you graduated is approved by the Pharmacy Council Of India (PCI). If you want to become pharmacist then it is a right choice. B Pharma also open avenue of Sales Marketing , R&D in Drugs & Pharma companies. It is a good career course. -
Yes Indeed it is good choice. Other than what Mr Sunil mentioned you can pursue M.tech after B.Pharm but no B.tech student could pursue M.pharm. You can work as QC/QA in companies. Indian Government also recruits for Drug inspectors at regular intervals. Its a very career oriented course.
Caution should be taken while choosing college PCI approval is must for a college offering pharmacy. Look for some good colleges like BHU, Jamia Hamdard,Lovely Professional University, etc. for bright career. Best of Luck.
