B.pharma + MBA? Is it helpful in future or b.pharmacy + m.pharmacy?

Hi
If you are looking for a career in management in hospitals, pharma companies, clinics etc b.pharma+ mba is good and if for research and practice m.pharma is the way.

hmm which will have more handsome salary package? and opportunity to go foreign? and how learning foreign language helps in CV and to go abroad?
